因單(dan)梁(liang)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)本身的(de)質(zhi)量而引(yin)起(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)安(an)全(quan)問題令人(ren)(ren)堪憂,而違章(zhang)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)、盲目蠻(man)干(gan)進行(xing)(xing)安(an)裝(zhuang)、頂升加節、使(shi)用、拆(chai)除(chu)的(de)現象還時(shi)有(you)(you)發生(sheng)(sheng)。因此(ci)加強(qiang)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)與驗(yan)收(shou)管(guan)理(li),防范起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)安(an)全(quan)事故(gu)的(de)發生(sheng)(sheng),是我們(men)日常安(an)全(quan)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)一(yi)項重(zhong)要內容。 一(yi)、嚴格(ge)執行(xing)(xing)單(dan)梁(liang)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)登(deng)記(ji)備案制度。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位已擁有(you)(you)的(de)或新(xin)購置的(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)等垂(chui)直運輸設備應盡早(zao)報請安(an)全(quan)監督部門進行(xing)(xing)登(deng)記(ji)備案。嚴禁(jin)(jin)無(wu)生(sheng)(sheng)產許可(ke)(ke)證(zheng)、無(wu)產品合格(ge)證(zheng)、粗制濫造、質(zhi)量低劣的(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)進入施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場安(an)裝(zhuang)使(shi)用,未經登(deng)記(ji)備案的(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)不得在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場使(shi)用。 二、起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)必(bi)(bi)須(xu)由具有(you)(you)資(zi)質(zhi)的(de)隊(dui)伍進行(xing)(xing),必(bi)(bi)須(xu)有(you)(you)相(xiang)對(dui)固定的(de)管(guan)理(li)機(ji)構和拆(chai)裝(zhuang)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan),從(cong)事拆(chai)裝(zhuang)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)和設備操作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)特種作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)必(bi)(bi)須(xu)持有(you)(you)操作(zuo)(zuo)證(zheng)和安(an)全(quan)上(shang)崗證(zheng),禁(jin)(jin)止無(wu)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)備案的(de)隊(dui)伍和無(wu)證(zheng)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)從(cong)事起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)和設備操作(zuo)(zuo)。安(an)裝(zhuang)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)時(shi)應先對(dui)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)進行(xing)(xing)安(an)全(quan)技(ji)術交底,統一(yi)指揮。協同(tong)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye),禁(jin)(jin)止違章(zhang)指揮,違章(zhang)操作(zuo)(zuo),冒險蠻(man)干(gan)。 三、嚴格(ge)履行(xing)(xing)單(dan)梁(liang)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)年度技(ji)術檢(jian)測、檢(jian)驗(yan)制度。起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)等垂(chui)直運輸設備每個(ge)年度及每次新(xin)安(an)裝(zhuang)后(hou)(hou)必(bi)(bi)須(xu)進行(xing)(xing)檢(jian)測檢(jian)驗(yan),由具有(you)(you)相(xiang)應資(zi)質(zhi)的(de)單(dan)位進行(xing)(xing)。檢(jian)測不合格(ge)的(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji),必(bi)(bi)須(xu)停機(ji)整改,重(zhong)新(xin)檢(jian)測合格(ge)后(hou)(hou),方可(ke)(ke)重(zhong)新(xin)使(shi)用,禁(jin)(jin)止起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)帶故(gu)障、帶隱患運轉。對(dui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)十年以上(shang)、大修(xiu)(xiu)理(li)出廠、鋼結構損壞修(xiu)(xiu)復后(hou)(hou)的(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji),必(bi)(bi)須(xu)經有(you)(you)關(guan)(guan)部門技(ji)術鑒定合格(ge)后(hou)(hou)方才(cai)準予使(shi)用。

單(dan)(dan)(dan)梁(liang)(liang)起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機起(qi)(qi)吊前,鋼絲繩經安(an)(an)全檢查(cha)(cha)確認合(he)格(ge)后(hou),用吊車(che)(che)(che)將行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)直接(jie)吊起(qi)(qi),當行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)底面(mian)超過廠房軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)有(you)一定的(de)安(an)(an)全高度(du)后(hou),用攬風繩旋轉行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)使(shi)橫跨兩邊在軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)上(shang)(shang)(shang),利用兩端(duan)(duan)攬風繩人力調(diao)整使(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)(liang)與軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)垂直,然(ran)后(hou)慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)將橋架落到(dao)軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)面(mian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)。 把(ba)電動葫蘆(lu)(lu)移到(dao)主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)(liang)中心位臵(ge),調(diao)整好葫蘆(lu)(lu)與主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)(liang)的(de)間(jian)隙,用汽車(che)(che)(che)吊把(ba)主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)(liang)吊起(qi)(qi)移葫蘆(lu)(lu)正上(shang)(shang)(shang)方(fang)慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)放到(dao)葫蘆(lu)(lu)輪(lun)子與主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)(liang)合(he)適位臵(ge),然(ran)后(hou)把(ba)電動葫蘆(lu)(lu)螺帽擰緊調(diao)整好。 單(dan)(dan)(dan)梁(liang)(liang)起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機橋架的(de)組裝(zhuang)精(jing)度(du),**控制(zhi)橋架的(de)跨距和(he)對角(jiao)線(xian)差, 兩項精(jing)度(du)值,以保(bao)證橋架的(de)幾何狀態,確保(bao)四個支承點(dian)(dian)落在一個**的(de)矩形四個角(jiao)上(shang)(shang)(shang),從而使(shi)大車(che)(che)(che)走(zou)行(xing)(xing)平穩(wen),減少(shao)車(che)(che)(che)輪(lun)軌(gui)(gui),大小車(che)(che)(che)運行(xing)(xing)機構組裝(zhuang)精(jing)度(du)。主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)有(you)兩項:車(che)(che)(che)輪(lun)的(de)水平偏斜tgR 和(he)同一端(duan)(duan)梁(liang)(liang)側的(de)車(che)(che)(che)輪(lun)同位差,保(bao)證這兩個項目,單(dan)(dan)(dan)梁(liang)(liang)起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機才能(neng)提高車(che)(che)(che)輪(lun)踏面(mian),輪(lun)緣(yuan)與軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)接(jie)觸的(de)動態性(xing)能(neng),縮(suo)小造成啃軌(gui)(gui)的(de)可能(neng)。 橋架的(de)上(shang)(shang)(shang)拱(gong)度(du)。單(dan)(dan)(dan)梁(liang)(liang)起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機上(shang)(shang)(shang)拱(gong)度(du)是部分補(bu)償(chang)自由重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和(he)額定載荷所產(chan)生(sheng) 的(de)下拱(gong)變形,改善小車(che)(che)(che)運行(xing)(xing)的(de)條件(jian),上(shang)(shang)(shang)拱(gong)度(du)的(de)測定,應在橋架安(an)(an)上(shang)(shang)(shang)大車(che)(che)(che)走(zou)行(xing)(xing)軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)之后(hou),小車(che)(che)(che)未安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)橋架之前進行(xing)(xing)。對以上(shang)(shang)(shang)控制(zhi)點(dian)(dian)進行(xing)(xing)嚴(yan)格(ge)控制(zhi),作(zuo)到(dao)每個步(bu)驟進行(xing)(xing)檢查(cha)(cha),達(da)到(dao) 要(yao)(yao)求后(hou)才能(neng)進行(xing)(xing)下道(dao)(dao)工序(xu)施工。
